Location
Access Road Conditions: Our property goes from one paved road to another. You will be coming in from the paved "back road" known as "Williams Rd" , then on to a stone driveway ( there is no mail box or road number associated with this driveway) and you will be parking in front of a garage used only for storage. This back road is a Dead End with no turn around so look sharp for my driveway. My RV may be in the drive as pictured, if so park right in front of it. In the spring and fall when ground is wet don't get off the stones as ground will be really soft. There is one short but steep hill on paved road one block from the parking spot. No one has had a problem getting up it but be sure your "stuff" in RV is "rigged for rough weather" Tow Vehicle Parking Details: I have limited RV length to 35 ft meaning trailer length of 35 ft. as paved road is narrow and ditches on each side restrict safe turning radius for backing into my driveway. Motorcoach up to 45 ft is OK. Motor coaches with towed vehicle - stop on Williams Rd and disconnect , after getting motor home in driveway you can drive towed vehicle in driveway. Don't park on grass if wet as it will be very soft

Our stay was awesome even though the weather didn’t help us. the host gave us super tips for enjoying the city and it was really useful. it was a pleasure to meet him and stay there. I recommend to follow host’s instructions and check the gps twice before go, we arrived in a wrong location the first time (out of island)

My family enjoyed the stay very much. The host was very easy to communicate with. He gave us very good directions to the spot we needed to park in. Very short drive to Niagra Fallsas referenced by the host name. I would definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

The host was very good at communicating with directions, we spent 1 night while passing through the area on our way home. He showed us where to park, and gave some local information. Both he and his wife were very hospitable. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
