Homestead on 2 acres close to I-10. May hear some traffic from I-10 at times. We have an acre beside the house that is easy pull in and totally enclosed by a field fence. Well behaved pets are OK but you must clean up after your pets and yourself. There are several roosters across the road that crow night and day so fair warning. Hot and humid in the summer and nice weather during the winter. Bring bug spray. The host met us on arrival and showed us where to park.He offered water and 16 amp power if needed. The parking is fairly level and enclosed fence all around.A very safe site.The host was friendly and gave us information on the area.We would stay again.

Apologies for the very tardy review. Hosts were super sweet folks who had just returned from their own long trip the day before we arrived, All communications were awesome and the location was safe and friendly. No issue with the roosters for us. Daisy and company were awesome fur babies. We hope to stay again in the future and take some time to visit Monticello! Thanks again for the great safe haven. You guys are awesome!

This was a great stop, it was fun getting to talk to the host and hear about their plans. We will stay with them again next time we are passing though.
