Tami was a wonderful hostess, welcoming me to her lovely property with an invitation to a free concert in Waterbury Center that night. Her home and gardens are beautiful, examples of her hard work and love for the place. Was able to visit lots of nearby attractions and enjoyed hiking and biking as well. Would definitely recommend staying at Couching Lion - it's a great place!

We so enjoyed meeting Tami and her dog Parsha, and spending some time chatting and talking travels. What a beautiful property and amazing view of the Green Mountains. Before we left we were already talking about a return soon!

We received a friendly helpful welcome here from our host and her endearing retriever. This is a pieceful spot with beautiful views in multiple directions including all the bright flowers in the yard. Parking was easy, staying 2 nights enjoyable while we visited Rock of Ages Quarry and explored the area. Thank You!

although we had a friend in common, there’s no doubt in my mind that Couching Tiger would be as friendly and accommodating to everyone. i had the option of two spots with my small rig and opted for the one with the view. It did not disappoint! we had some nice chats about the types of camping locations that we both looked for. i can’t forget to mention the sweetest dog in the planet!
