Rich We have a large grassy lot with a few trees, two gravel driveways, one driveway is for the Gift Shop. Every effort to accommodate you will be exercised. Location
Access Road Conditions: We are on the intersection of a major 2 lane US highway and a smaller country road. Very easy access for large vehicles if coming off US127. GPS has a tendency to take you thru some smaller ( but good) country roads, it’s best to stay on major highways to get to US 127. It’s 2.5 mile to the nearest town and gas, 3.5 miles from Walmart. We actually have 2 driveway, One to Gift Shop/barn which is one lane into a large 5 car parking area. It has a moderate grade at the highway. Our other driveway is for our house which is circular with only a small grade into driveway of the side road. Both driveways are useable for boondockers. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Depending on time, weather conditions, parking is available, but could change due to ground conditions. Off road, in the grass or gravel driveway. Large open back lot available to park if ground is solid.

Retired couple, married 51+ years, enjoy meeting new people. Details: I'm 71 wife 70, retired, enjoy camping and just re-entered the rv world after years of absence. We have traveled a lot, Europe, Mexico and many times to Hawaii. Now also enjoying wintering in the south. I grew up in this area of Ohio with my family near. Our children, grandchildren and great grandchildren all live within 25 mile. My wife runs a county gift shop on our property. It's "Precious Angels Gift Shop", specializing in angels, lawn and garden decoration, concert statuary. The shop is also one of the largest Ohio State Buckeyes retail outlet in the area. Home Town: Grew up just a few miles from here on a family farm. No longer a farm owner, downsized several years ago. We Have lived in the Celina area, northern Mercer County most of our life, except for college and traveling. The wife was from Geneva, Indiana, about 25 miles straight west of us. Celina, ohio is our current town, check out this YouTube Video about Celina. https://youtu.be/JFTglFt8rKY…. You may need to copy and paste to your browser. Favorite Boondocking Locations: To many to list....every one is unique... Skills or Expertise to Share: Very handy, creative, quite a few hand tools. Just physically cant work to hard anymore. Love to talk about traveling and sharing about Hawaii and share info about our area. We are only about 4 mile from Grand Lake St Marys, 13,500 acre. It's a man-made reservoir for the Miami Erie Canal built In 1837 to 1844. We would love to have you visit us. Come enjoy the country life. FYI….we have some highway noise, but its not terrible…

As stated in a previous review, Country Acres has become a regular stop for us. The location and hospitality just can't be beat and we're already talking about coming back just to explore the local area.

Rich is very clear in giving directions, how to park, etc. He says to text if you need anything. He invited us to the patio to work, visit, etc. There is road noise but it did not bother us. Now, we discovered two things in this town that are of great use! The Fountain is great for breakfast all day (to 2pm) and I imagine their other stuff is great too! The other thing we discovered is the pet wash on Logan near KFC is Fantastic! It works like the car was, using a switch to change from shampoo to conditioner to dryer! $1 a minute, minimum $5. Open 24 hours! Highly recommend both!
