We are in a quiet, younger subdivision in the high desert surrounded by farmland. There are no power lines or trees to be concerned with. Slide outs into the street would not be advisable. For overnight it will be okay to put slides out over the sidewalk, you can park either direction for this convenience. I have flagging tape if you need some. Southside I can offer a city water connection only. West side I can offer water and 25 amp power. There is also an easy access dump station at our city park 1.3 miles away (43.489579, -116.414279) it is on a donation honor system, please be kind and put a couple bucks in there if you use it :-) Suggested Local Attractions:We have a nice sized park in our subdivision just catty corner to our property. It has tables and play areas good for kids and dogs. We also have a small park an easy 1/2 mile walk N.E. of us (43°28'55.8"N 116°24'02.8"W) It has a pond with swimming beach, tables and restroom as well as being a dog park with separate fenced off areas for large and small dogs.

House Rules

We are in a subdivision so be respectful of our neighbors please. We ask that after dark you keep your blinds closed and do not run your generator. You are welcome to enjoy our front yard but be aware in the hottest months we have our sprinklers cycling for a brief time in the early afternoon as well as pre dawn hours. We are typically fairly busy people but are happy to chat if we have spare time. You are welcome to text me at any time and I would be happy to help you in any way I can.

Location

Access Road Conditions: From Interstate 84 Kuna is 8 miles south on HWY 69, a four lane hwy. Once in the town of Kuna all streets are well maintained and easily accessible by any rig. There is also a shortcut through the desert if you are heading east on interstate 84, Google will give you this option, it is safe and easy to follow if you wish to bypass Boise traffic. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: There is always a parking option for tow vehicle, the option will change depending on current circumstances. I will be happy to work with you with a heads up.

Active middle aged couple. Details: We are still doing the 9-5 but love adventure on our days off. No kids but 2 dogs keep us busy at home. Home Town: Kuna, Idaho is a small (apx 20,000) bedroom community just south of the interstate, about 15-20 minutes from Boise. We are big enough to have most anything we need in our little town.

The directions were so easy to follow, the 25 amp was enough to run cool cat on 2008 Chevy Roadtrek 210P. The van was level making for a comfortable sleep. The host is wonderful. Thank you 😊

Excellent Stop Over. Can't speak to any activities as I was recouping from a foot injury. Was grateful to be able to connect to shore power as my battery bank was drained so I could recharge batteries with solar and use shore power for my AC. Would stay again.

Nice location once we found it. There are two streets with the same name and not connected. Room to walk the dog. Offered the use of power and water. Quite except for the train and neighbors diesel truck in the morning. Very accommodating to our requests. Would definitely stay again
