Getting a head start on travel Details: My wife and I have decided to not wait until we are retired to enjoy travel. We want to RV while we can still do it, and who knows, maybe get 30 years of it !! Home Town: Fortville, Indiana is home for us. Small town feel but within striking distance of the big city stuff. Favorite Boondocking Locations: Just starting, I'll get back with you on that. Skills or Expertise to Share: Jack of all trades, master of none.

Scott and his family were very accommodating during our stay. He helped get us parked and pointed out he had 50a of power available, which was unexpected and very mich appreciated. He also offered use of his water if needed. Great stay and even better host. I would definitely recommend staying here.

after days awaiting a response, I checked again.. and heard back that they are no longer part of BW. not sure why the listing is still online. Disappointing.. as this has happened several times now.

Only my second time using Boondockers Welcome, and I couldn't be happier with my new membership. This location has a level concrete parking pad. The host didn't have his trailer at home, so he allowed me to connect to his 50amp service, and didn't want anything for it (but I did offer!). He also allowed me to drop the trailer before we headed to lunch with some relatives in a nearby town, which I certainly appreciated. Very friendly and cordial! One note: this is located off a very narrow country road, and you need to back down a long driveway. Since I grew up on a farm, I was able to back my 44' toy hauler in without issue, but someone with less experience might have trouble.

Had a peaceful & restful 2 days at the farm. We enjoyed the town of Fortville, IN and neighboring Pendelton, IN both cute towns to explore. Host welcomed us and we had a great stay.

Every 14 days we have to leave our campground for 2 nights, this was a great spot to land. Quiet, peaceful, friendly host, the town is really cute too as well as neighboring Pendleton. Thanks for a great landing spot!!!
