Location
Access Road Conditions: The road coming to the house is paved, but very bumpy (about a 1/4 mile long). I recommend going slowly. The turn into the driveway is easy but you do have to turn sharp. NOTE: make sure you go LEFT of the red garage to get to your spot next to the big building in the back. Do not go between the garage and the house which is our back yard and has a septic field system in it. If this is unclear please call me. You will then have to drive thru our side yard to get to the back property to park along side the large building in the back. We do it everyday, so no problems. The only time we would not allow this is in the spring when the 1st thaw starts or snow on the ground. If you look at the pictures you can get a real good idea of the few obstacles we have to get to the back of the property. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: There is plenty of room for parking. Next to your RV or staying connected.

We are active RV'ers and look forward to hosting like minded people. Details: We both love being outdoors and traveling.... we travel with RV, tent, sailboat, and sometimes by bike. We have just purchased our 1st electric assist bikes and we are loving it! We look forward to meeting new people with like interests and others to. Home Town: North Liberty is a small community (we don’t even have a stop light). Our claim to “fame” is Potato Creek State Park. It a very nice place to visit for bike trails, hiking trails, boating, picnics etc …you can rent bikes, canoes, kayaks, peddle boats and small fishing boats. They have camping available also. We are 5 miles from the entrance. Favorite Boondocking Locations: We enjoy boondocking on National Land when we can find it. Hope to add Boonedockers to the list. Skills or Expertise to Share: As a lot of people say "Expert at Nothing" but pretty good at most things. I am pretty good at helping you plan on what to see and do.

It’s always amazing how guys that are either pushing 70 or dragging 70 have so much in common even though we were brought up in different parts of this great country

This was our 2nd visit with Jim & Kathy. They were not there the first day, but kindly allowed us to come and park at the property. Kind, generous, and friendly folks. Easy access in and out, with a convenient electric and water hookup. It's a beautiful, secluded country setting that is only about 20 minutes from South Bend. We would love to visit these folks again should the opportunity present itself!

So glad we got to meet with Jim & Kathy, learn a little farm history and about the local Potato Creek State Park. It was a good location for us as we are exploring America off of the interstates. Would love to visit again to chew the fat and get a good nights sleep.

We spent 2 nights here, so peaceful. The host was very quick to respond and very accommodating. The location is beautiful with plenty of space to park. The road in is bumpy so be aware and drive slowly as suggested. We loved it here, just the place we needed to rejuvenate.
