Location
Access Road Conditions: The road coming to the house is paved, but very bumpy (about a 1/4 mile long). I recommend going slowly. The turn into the driveway is easy but you do have to turn sharp. NOTE: make sure you go LEFT of the garage to get to your spot next to the big building in the back. Do not go between the garage and the house which is our back yard and has a septic field system in it. If this is unclear please call me. You will then have to drive thru our side yard to get to the back property to park along side the large building in the back. We do it everyday, so no problems. The only time we would not allow this is in the spring when the 1st thaw starts or snow on the ground. There tight corners that large rigs may have difficulty navigating. If you look at the pictures you can get a real good idea of the few obstacles we have to get to the back of the property. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: There is plenty of room for parking. Next to your RV or staying connected.

We are active RV'ers and look forward to hosting like minded people. Details: We both love being outdoors and traveling.... we travel with RV, tent, sailboat, and sometimes by bike. We have just purchased our 1st electric assist bikes and we are loving it! We look forward to meeting new people with like interests and others to. Home Town: North Liberty is a small community (we don’t even have a stop light). Our claim to “fame” is Potato Creek State Park. It a very nice place to visit for bike trails, hiking trails, boating, picnics etc …you can rent bikes, canoes, kayaks, peddle boats and small fishing boats. They have camping available also. We are 5 miles from the entrance. Favorite Boondocking Locations: We enjoy boondocking on National Land when we can find it. Hope to add Boonedockers to the list. Skills or Expertise to Share: As a lot of people say "Expert at Nothing" but pretty good at most things. I am pretty good at helping you plan on what to see and do.

The hosts were awesome , they have a nice quiet spot to park and offer hookups for power and water. Access can be tight if you have a large rig but totally doable.

we were able to stay at this beautiful property memorial day weekend for a concert on Sunday and early departure on Monday morning. The hosts had a last minute change and were not going to be home but graciously let us stay anyway. This was such a quiet place and im sure the stars would be beautiul to watch if it hadn't been overcast. Thanks so much for letting us share your beautiful property for our very first Boondockers stay. we did use the electric and were comfortable with our fan in the camper.

Jim is a country gentleman living the country life style. Pleasant accommodating and conversational. Has an interesting boat of sorts. Need to ask him about it. And he has a vintage travel trailer that he uses. Shade trees, green grass, cool breeze all call you to a lawn chair and sweet ice tea. Easy to find, excellent for an over night or a couple days of travel rest. I did two nights and left refreshed. Thank you.
