We are offering our gravel driveway near lake talquin. You will enjoy a nice country setting in the woods next to a cabin/workshop that is used only a few weeks a year. We do have neighbors and we want our guests to be respectful. You can put all your camping gear either under the trees or between your camper and the cabin. No open fire please. There are dogs at both neighbor properties, sometimes it can be noisy when they start barking. Also the direct neighbor, right next to the parking spot, has chicken, roosters, turkeys and geese which can be loud too.

House Rules
Just be respectful and considerate about the neighbors. Please pick up after your dog. Do not leave any trash on the property, it is no one there to clean up. The next guest wants to enjoy a clean place too. Thank you
Location
The place is at the end of a dead end unpaved road. It is enough space for a 35ft RV to turn and park in the desired direction. A separate vehicle can either be parked on the driveway too or right in front of the cabin. Please do not block the door to the cabin. We just got notified that there are some low hanging branches on the way to the property. Please only book this place if you are not afraid of a few minor scratches. Even if the place itself is big enough for a 35 ft rig plus additional car or trailer it might be difficult to back up if you have a long travel trailer. No Trailers longer than 25 ft. Some of the neighbors are very critical about campers coming to our property. Please do not give them any reason to complain. No dumping of your tanks, no garbage and no open fire. Do not park any vehicle on the road or in front of someone elses property.

Hi there! We are the Jordans. Willette is originally from California and Hanns is originally from Austria. After a few years in Germany we moved to the US in 2019. We tried RVing on a few vacation trips with rentals in Germany and in the US. We liked it enough to get our own RV in June 2022. It is a 2006 Georgie Boy Pursuit and we are very excited to travel the country with Georgie. Our homebase is Pahrump, Nevada. We are new to RV Traveling so we are very open to tips and hints and we are very excited to start this adventure.

Stayed 3 nights and got to explore Tallahassee and environs. Very friendly host Sean welcomed us and showed us where to set up. Don't follow Google into Talqiun road, aqua lane is just around the corner. Go to end and spot is on right. I would stay again.

Thanks for hosting me! I loved the spot. Yes there are some low branches in some properties but its not bad... Unless the GPS takes you to the wrong side... wow it was challenging turning around with the trailer and there are 2 BIG holes and one tree really wants your ac unit lol so check the GPS really Really good when getting ready to go off the Real Road to the property. I loved it. thanks!

this is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed at. The host is so accommodating and supplies electric, water and sewer. He raises cattle and honestly, it is the best beef we have ever tasted. We hope to be back soon and he is highly recommended!

Definitely recommend for a quick overnight stop, easy and uneventful except for a rooster crowing early morning!
