Full timers for 10 years who now have a house but still travel part-time. Details: We quit work in the mid 1990's, got rid of most of our possessions and began the full timing lifestyle. We thought we'd give it a try for two years. Ten years later in 2006 we purchased a house in central Vermont to be closer to our two young grandchildren as Lori felt we would be the most influential on them at that age. We still travel at various times of the year and have been to all 50 states (did not take our rig to Hawaii, though), Mexico and many Canadian Provinces. The friendships we've made and the people we've met have been wonderful. Home Town: Randolph is an active town in central Vermont. The Chandler Music Hall is renown for it's acoustics and has hosted many well known musical groups, comedy acts and stage plays. The Gifford Medical Center is in town and Montague Golf Course sits at it's edge. Skills or Expertise to Share: Lori is a great gardener and a gifted cook. Dave is a golfer and mechanically inclined and is adept at chair repairs including caning, rush and splint weaving.

Dave met us upon arrival and helped us park. Lori gave us a map of Randolph and we had a little chat. Unfortunately, it rained for the duration of our stay so we weren’t able to do a lot of sightseeing but we were able to take a drive through the nice downtown area of Randolph. Also took a drive to Montpelier, approx 30 min away. Thanks so much for the stay!

There are the most beautiful views in Vermont from your rig. These folks are very helpful and accommodating. I'd stay here again in a heart beat if they'd have me.

Lori and Dave were kind, gracious, generous hosts with a beautiful, peaceful spot just up the hill from downtown Randolph. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with them, and wish we had more time (and fewer distractions from our kiddos) to hear more about their adventures. We enjoyed the park a few min down the road, which had a bike pump track, playground, swimming hole, and frisbee golf course. Thank you, Dave and Lori!

We had a great stay with these two experienced RVers. We could have spent hours talking to them since we have so much in common. Our camping spot was level and very picturesque, and we appreciated the electricity. We stopped here to explore the Green mountains, and we put together a 90 mile loop that included a couple hikes, several water falls, a festival, a historical wayside, and a covered bridge. You can see it on our travel blog at whisw.blogspot.com Beautiful place with beautiful hosts!
