We live in the middle of a 120-acre farm. Although the cattle have all been sold, we still do lots of work around the farm. Because our dog sometimes accompanies us, pets should be leashed or well-controlled when off-leash (our dog is aggressive toward cats, so dogs are preferred). It is difficult to park near the utilities. Get as close to our RV as you safely can to minimize the distance. Extra lengths of power cord and water hose are all probably necessary to use that particular utility. Location
Access Road Conditions: Gravel driveway generally uphill with a length of slightly under 1/4 of a mile. Driveway opens onto Ooltewah Georgetown Road, a paved secondary road. We routinely drove our 43' diesel pusher with a height of 12'10" on this particular section of our driveway, so limbs and turns are not problems entering or leaving. Our current 36' diesel pusher with a speculated height of 12' 8" also safely travels between the road and our RV barn. Driveable RVs with towed vehicles may be well-advised to unhook (or remove vehicle from dolley) between the 10 mph sign and the storage shed rather than waiting until reaching the RV barn. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Can park next to RV, or in front of your RV if you choose to use power or water.

Retired part-timers Details: We are retired and living in the middle of my parents' farm on property we now own. We RV part-time. Our RVing schedule is affected by our parents' health and needs. We spend much of our time at home clearing things that accumulated while our house was built and since my father effectively stopped maintaining the farm. Home Town: Ooltewah, Tennessee Favorite Boondocking Locations: We tailgate at Auburn University football games. My wife has season tickets. We drive down for home games and dry-camp on University property for the weekend. Skills or Expertise to Share: None.

Our first boondocking experience was above and beyond any expectations we had. A beautiful, serene and quiet spot to park our rig, with hookup to electric and water, surrounded by majestic landscapes, this location was perfect! And the encompassing area was ideal to ride the motorcycle around to explore! Many great suggestions from our hosts, along with making us feel welcomed made for the best stay! We felt the southern hospitality!!! We cannot express our gratitude to Neal and Ginger enough for making this such a great way to start our journey!!

Out in the middle of a family (not currently working) farm. Host was easily accessible for questions. Host was not home so we had full use of the RV area.

Stayed 2 nights for a quick staycation holiday weekend. Great hosts! Enjoyed watching the sunset from their quiet country farm. Highly recommend.

A nicer couple, you'll never find...❤️ Neil and Ginger are the most gracious hosts I've encountered (and all of ours have been great thus far!) I really don't know where to start. We spent three nights due to experiencing multiple tire blowouts en route. We spent our first evening with them watching the gorgeous sunset. Our dogs played so hard that mine slept nearly the entirety of the next day! They made sightseeing suggestions that were perfect for our daughter's homeschool lessons, and even provided transportation! I know that they are hosts, but I truly feel that we have made new friends (and our doggies did, too!) 😊

Arrived a bit later than we thought we would, after dark, but we were met by our host and everything was ready. Just had to plug in and we were set for a good sleep.
