Site is in our side yard, quite open with shade depending on time of day. Yard is not totally fenced, just down by the road for privacy and noise control. The Host are super friendly and amazing. Made us feel right at home. RV location is easy to level and plenty of space (more than we needed for our small camper). Locations is great for exploring Traverse and and Sleeping Bear Dunes NP. If you are a light sleeper it might be a good idea to bring ear plugs as the road is not heavily trafficked, but the vehicles with poor exhaust s are hard to miss while sleeping. Would love to stay here again

Only spent one night while passing through, but great hosts in a great location with lots of great stuff nearby! Traffic noise didn’t bother me at all.

We can not tell you how happy and grateful we are to have stayed with our wonderful hosts. They are kind, generous, and down to earth! Their yard is just lovely and sooo convenient to Traverse City! As it’s almost in town you can expect some road noise but it slows way down in the evening and the tall fence affords lots of privacy. Loved our stay!
