Located in tiny Sunrise Beach Village, on the eastern edge of Llano County. One block off of Lake LBJ, a constant-level lake with several community parks nearby with water access. McNair Park is the better, however. Home is a single resident home on 2 lots. The shady side yard has a 30 amp outlet. Dry camping is available in either the driveway or the 'back forty' area. Suggested Local Attractions: The local dailytrib.com lists MANY, MANY https://www.101highlandlakes.com/ I strongly advise using them as your guide instead of me. Inks Lake State Park - $6 day access - Burnet (but REALLY closer to Kingsland) Longhorn Caverns - Burnet TX - 5 min drive from Inks Lake Krause's Springs - Spicewood Bike Park - Spider Mountain - Lake Buchanan Joggers or mountain bikers - Reveille Peak Ranch - Burnet Rock Crawler or ATV'er - Hidden Falls Adventure Park - Marble Falls Bluebonnet Festival in April - Burnet TX Sweetberry Farms - Strawberry Season and Fall Season are good Wineries - sooo many - Google and pick ! Eateries - Most recognized - Bluebonnet Cafe - Marble Falls My prejudice include Barbecue - Spyke's in Kingsland Holy Smokes - Marble Falls Oriental - Simply Pho - Marble Falls Pizza - AYCE - Mr Gatti's - Kingsland Cajun - The Real New Orleans Style Restaurant Buffet and Steakhouse - The Highlander House of Buffet - Burnet

Location

Access Road Conditions: 30 amp hook-up is available from one spot on the property. 4 trees are in that area, not terribly wide access. However, most all (seasoned) campers have successfully parked there. Driveway has 110v access. Back area has no hookups Reverse park The turn from East Lakeshore to Airview 'might' be tight, but you're better at that than I am. It's possible to circle around East Lakeshore to access from the opposite direction. Height MIGHT be a consideration. Less than 11 ft is better (unless you park in the back) Tow Vehicle Parking Details: in owner's driveway or beside the street

Dee Bee is a great host. She gave us several parking options. We selected the backyard and used our 30 amp extension which easily reached the outlet. Our front window was facing a tree. The deer came to stand on two legs to reach the lowest leaves. Thank You, Dee Bee for our stay and for being a BDW Host.

Host was very nice and helpful. Had a small issue with backing in trailer with low pecan tree limbs but otherwise it is a great place to stay and relax. The area is quiet, shady and conveniently located to the nearby lake.

This was our first trip, my doggo and myself. D was very welcoming and super sweet to my pup, even though she is a cat person. Quiet neighborhood, great host(ess). I highly recommend!
