Located in tiny Sunrise Beach Village, on the eastern edge of Llano County. One block off of Lake LBJ, a constant-level lake. Several community parks nearby with water access. McNair Park is the better, however. Our PD patrols regularly, to keep an eye on us 'old un's'. Ours is a single resident home and is our permanent home. Inks Lake State Park - $6 day access - Burnet (but REALLY closer to Kingsland) Longhorn Caverns - Burnet TX - 5 min drive from Inks Lake Krause's Springs - Spicewood Bike Park - Spider Mountain - Lake Buchanan Joggers or mountain bikers - Reveille Peak Ranch - Burnet Rock Crawler or ATV'er - Hidden Falls Adventure Park - Marble Falls Bluebonnet Festival in April - Burnet TX Sweetberry Farms - Strawberry Season and Fall Season are good Wineries - sooo many good ones - Google and pick ! Eateries - Most recognized - Bluebonnet Cafe - Marble Falls My prejudice include Barbecue - Spyke's in Kingsland Cooper's in Llano Holy Smokes - Marble Falls Oriental - Simply Pho - Marble Falls Pizza - AYCE - Mr Gatti's - Kingsland Cajun - The Real New Orleans Style Restaurant Italian - Flat Creek Enoteca - Marble Falls Buffet and Steakhouse - The Highlander House of Buffet - Burnet YELP is a better resource than me, though

Access Road Conditions: 30 amp hook-up is only available from one spot on the property. 4 trees are in that area, and I've measured them, but it's also not terribly wide access. I back my RPod thru this, however. Driveway has 110v access Back area has no hookups Reverse park Turn from East Lakeshore to Airview 'might' be tight, but you're better at that than I am. It's possible to circle around East Lakeshore to access from the opposite direction. Height MIGHT be a consideration. Less than 12 ft is better (unless you park in the back) Tow Vehicle Parking Details: in owner's driveway or beside the street

Nomad wannabe, hope to begin my journeys in 2023 Details: Texas Hill Country 40+ years. 30 amp outlet in side yard, ample driveway for dry camping (extension cord available) Home Town: Sunrise Beach Village TX (we share a zip code with Llano, but they're 23 miles West. Much closer to Kingsland) Have lived all around Llano and Burnet counties for over 40 years Skills or Expertise to Share: I can probably answer any question about the Texas Hill Country!

Dee Bee welcomed us and offered a few set up options. Our rig is 12' high which wasnt an issue. set up near the super quite road we. Hope to return.

Our plans had changed and our host allowed us back on short notice for a few days. We had time to get to know our host and tLk about traveling. Thank you for a nice stay
