I live and work in Alaska during the summer months and have a little RV park in Arizona for the winter which I also am a harvest host. I have different rigs that I travel with, but I always have my faithful blue heeler Australian Shepherd mix with me my hobby is Hot Springs and I have been to 166 Springs. I have a Facebook page called Jeffs Hot Springs.

Good place for a one night stay

Very conscientious text communication came from the host; and his associate was welcoming and helpful, on site. If you let a little washboard on the approach road and the big gate scare you off, you'll miss a nice quiet stay.

This property is quite rural. Unpaved roads. Bruce was wonderful as the representative of the host. They have room for more than one traveler. Shower and bathroom on site. Electricity available for $20. Interesting place.

We had an emergency issue that caused us to arrive later than expected. I notified the host of this hours before our arrival but never got a response. When we got there, the gate was closed and we were unable to get in. I was left scrambling for other accommodations for the night at 7pm.

Had confirmed reservations for early May, 2022. Drove down a dirt washboard road to the end of a rural residential area. Arrived to find the gate closed. We did not feel comfortable in opening the gate, as there was a dog on the property. No phone # provided, so that was not an option. Honked twice, and called out once. No response, so we left.
