We also can ride Off-road products, SxS and ATV right from the property to an organized trail system. We have three different sites available, with varying levels from full hook-ups to full on boondocking.

Location
We have two sites on the grass and one on the pavement. Each site has an area for a tow vehicle. Site 1: Boondocking, this site is on the grass, just off the main road where length is not a concern. Site 2: Partial connections, currently water and 15 amp (30 amp coming soon), it is a short site, max length 30 feet and on the grass. To access it, you have to back up a paved hill (short distance). Can turn around in front of shop, do not have to back up entire hill. Site 3: This is a 45-foot site beside our "shop", has full hook-ups, 50 amp, water and sewer, it is on the pavement. If you use your level system, there must be boards down to protect the asphalt. The dump is at site 3, so if it is occupied, no dump station is available.

We are from Northern Vermont, about 2 miles off the Canadian Border. We enjoy the RV lifestyle and seeing new places. Our place has amazing easterly views, sunrises or even better, sunrises in the fall with amazing fall foliage.

First, we want to thank Lisa for her incredible hospitality. She greeted us and made sure we didn't need anything during all our stay. She remained entirely available. In terms of installations, they are A++, better than most campsites or others (site 3 with full hookups) and what about the incredible view of the valley. We had the opportunity to contemplate a sunrise that will remain in our memory for ever. Congratulations to our hosts for their magnificent residence and thank you for giving us the opportunity to live such a great experience. Denis & Chantal

Delton & his wife were wonderful hosts. They greeted us upon arrival & let us park in their drive so we could hook up to electricity. They have a very nice site on the US / Canadian boarder that has a beautiful view of the sun rising. We purchased meat from their neighbors including bacon that was the best I have ever tasted. If you are ever traveling in upper Vermont I would suggest saying hello to the Bohlman’s.

Del and Lisa Bohemian, meet you at the base of their driveway in a golf cart to show you around. If you only get one chance to make a good first impression— this is how it’s done. Our hosts were personable, gracious and very accommodating. Their property is amazing. We only stayed one night and that was too short. The sunrise is reportedly breathtaking—we will soon find out.

This was our first Boondocker’s welcome. Wow. The views were absolutely stunning. The 3 way hookup with 50amp power made boondocking so enjoyable. It felt like a piece of paradise - truly. The Bohlmams were extremely accommodating and helpful. Beyond grateful to stay at their beautiful property.

This is what you get when you stay with an experienced RV’er A flat asphalt pad with 50 amp, water and sewer is already stellar to camp on. Add on hosts that go above and beyond, a town 10 minutes away, the best grass fed Steaks across the road and a gorgeous Mountain view. It will be a challenge to find a better stay than this!
