Amazing Northern Vermont with easterly views of valleys and hills. Fall is nothing short of amazing. Short drive to Quebec Canada, Lake Memphremagog, Kingdom Trails as well as varying levels of gravel and mountain biking either right from our property or only a short drive. We also can ride Off-road products, SxS and ATV right from the property to an organized trail system. We have three different sites available, with varying levels from full hook-ups to full on boondocking.

Location

We have two sites on the grass and one on the pavement. Each site has an area for a tow vehicle. Site 1: Boondocking, this site is on the grass, just off the main road where length is not a concern. Site 2: Partial connections, currently water and 15 amp (30 amp coming soon), it is a short site, max length 30 feet and on the grass. To access it, you have to back up a paved hill (short distance). Can turn around in front of shop, do not have to back up entire hill. Site 3: This is a 45-foot site beside our "shop", has full hook-ups, 50 amp, water and sewer, it is on the pavement. If you use your level system, there must be boards down to protect the asphalt. The dump is at site 3, so if it is occupied, no dump station is available.

We are from Northern Vermont, about 2 miles off the Canadian Border. We enjoy the RV lifestyle and seeing new places. Our place has amazing easterly views, sunrises or even better, sunrises in the fall with amazing fall foliage.

Lisa and Del have a wonderful place in gorgeous surroundings. The spot is level, and full hookups is so nice to have. They are such nice people, too! If you have a chance to stay with them, do yourself a favor and do it!

Wonderful hosts. Beautiful location/view. Full hookups. Very quiet and relaxing. Friend came down from Canada to visit with us while we were there. Could not think of a better way to take a break for a couple days and just rest. Much easier to stay here and take day trips to Canada than to take the motorhome across.

Del and Lisa were great hoasts. Del came out and explained where we could park and hookup. The spot was level and asphalt witch was great because of all the rain we had. The views were spectacular! I truly hope Kay and I will be able to stay again maybe next year. Thanks again for a wonderful safe place to stay.

Del & Lisa are fantastic hosts. Del met us at bottom of their lane and directed us to our parking spot beside garage. We opted for full hookups, the water pressure was perfect. Our hosts gave us a tour of their garage, which doubles as a metal artist workshop. Lovely view over fields & hills, and as an added bonus we had Independence Day fireworks outside our window from neighbors. Very quiet night otherwise. Highly recommended stop!

First, we want to thank Lisa for her incredible hospitality. She greeted us and made sure we didn't need anything during all our stay. She remained entirely available. In terms of installations, they are A++, better than most campsites or others (site 3 with full hookups) and what about the incredible view of the valley. We had the opportunity to contemplate a sunrise that will remain in our memory for ever. Congratulations to our hosts for their magnificent residence and thank you for giving us the opportunity to live such a great experience. Denis & Chantal
