We are new to heading out in our RV. We own a small Ranch in NY and have hosted RV work campers in the past and have made wonderful friends that we are now off to visit! We need to be home in the summer for now, but in the off season we hope to continue to travel. See D K Ranch to find out more about our area:):) Cheers! Kelly & Dave. and Dallas, our traveling dog:)

What a wonderful place to stay. Kelly made us very welcome and although obviously a busy lady was kind enough to spend some time with us . We hope that our paths will cross again in the near future.

l was allowed a lovely spot under a sprawling tree. Most of the traffic was horse and buggy. Easy drive to Finger Lakes hiking.

Wow! That is all we can say about the DK Ranch. Kelly, her husband and daughter were all so amazing and welcoming. Got us right into our spot, easily and leveling was hardly needed. Now, on to the fun stuff. This ranch is just gorgeous. Horses and chickens running around, a pond, fire pit and close by trails. They also rent cabins and have a super cute bathouse and community outdoor kitchen to use. It is centrally located to multiple destinations such as Ithaca and Watkins Glen (25 mins). This is a working ranch, but still peaceful and serene. I had little issues with communication, requested 24 hrs prior and had an answer early the next AM. Cell service for Verizon and AT&T is good on site. Oooooo yea, I almost forgot! The fire flies and starry skies at night are something to marvel at, dont miss it!! We can’t say enough amazing things about our 3 day stay and I hope we catch Kelly and the fam on their travels! Thanks again for spoiling us and making our first BW stay better then we could’ve ever imagined! - Cam & D (and Belle and Mattie too :))

Communication was lacking with this host. She initially indicated that they only had one spot left and it included electricity. I responded that we probably wouldn't need it but wherever they put us is fine. Since they never "approved" my request on the app, I reached out two more times over the next 4 days to make sure we were welcome. On the fifth day, the day before we were to arrive, the host got back to me and gave me her cell number to communicate as she would be out of town but she would have someone meet us. I texted our ETA on arrival day but when we arrived to the location no one was around. We walked around a bit thinking maybe they were tending the horses. We knocked on the door to the intern house to no avail. I called the host twice and left messages as well as texted. There was no clear place to park and with no one to direct us we decided to leave. The message I got the next morning was "Sorry no one met you last night! Hopefully you were able to find something :)" Very disappointing. There was no way to make last minute arrangements for another host. We do not recommend this host.
