Sturgeon Bay is located on the Door Peninsula. It is a very popular tourist location all year long but particularly in the summer. There are many parks, great natural features, shopping and dining. Lake Michigan literally surrounds the entire County. It is a fishing and boating destination. My property is very convenient to amenities in Sturgeon Bay (local super market and WalMart about 3/4 mile). Suggested Local Attractions:Cave Point County Park, Light Houses, parks (many city, county and 5 Wisconsin state parks), beaches, many wineries, breweries, great restaurants and a working waterfront. I was born and raised here and after being gone for most of my adult life the natural beauty brought me back. There's lots for families to do. Green Bay and Lambeau Field is less than an hour south.

No smoking on property. No generators after 9 pm. Maximum 2 adult guests per visit; no children under 18.

Access Road Conditions: Paved city road to driveway with 2/3 of driveway paved. The turning radius is not sharp so most vehicles should have easy access. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: I have a driveway with 2 entries (horseshoe) and plenty of room to park.

I'm a outdoor, nature and pet loving retiree. Details: I'm a retired pharmacist with an ever changing bucket list so I keep busy checking things off. I live on 2.5 acres of wooded land just outside of Sturgeon Bay (Door County), Wisconsin. I enjoy travelling, gardening, reading, cooking, crafting in my She Shed, walking my dog, Netflix/watching movies and spending time with family and friends. Home Town: Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin Favorite Boondocking Locations: To be determined. Skills or Expertise to Share: I'm very independent so I like to think I've developed lots of skills. I do almost everything around my home. I'm not allowed to operate my chainsaw alone 😂 but I'll tackle almost anything else. I'm quite knowledgeable about the medical world having worked for 40 years in a medical career. And, for a 65+ I'm fairly computer literate!

We had a great stay at Door County Dream. Everything you hope for in one package. Nice shaded spot, electric, fire ring, privacy, fun engaging host, nice weather, and the beauty of Door County in the fall. We were able to spend some time getting to know our host around the campfire one night and then spent the next few days exploring. Hoe to make a return visit next fall. Thanks for being a Boondockers host !

We loved talking with our host. SO interesting, so much life experience - and lots of fun! I wish we had a week to enjoy all there was to see and do in the area. Unfortunately, we had to leave for trailer repairs. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Our host was amazing, fun and very laid back. She was great at communicating and pretty much offered us to feel at home which we did right away. Her grounds are gorgeous and my dogs and I enjoyed the wooded trails around her yard. We would love to come back again if we are ever in Door County again. Thank you nnusslock! 🌷

We had a wonderful visit at Door County Dream. We were met by our host at the driveway. She gave us several options for parking. It was easy in and out with our 26' travel trailer. Our host offered us hookups, showed us around the property and introduced us to her two cats and our new best friend, her dog, Doug. We shared drinks and dinner at a couple of local establishments and were introduced to some new friends. This was an amazing stay and we hope that we can meet up with our host again weather it's at her house, our house or somewhere on the road. She is absolutely awesome. Thanks, for a great stay in Sturgeon Bay.
