The only rule we really have is this: Our dogs live here. They are unleashed, inside a 3 acre, underground fence. They are older boys, and not as active as they once were. They are very well behaved. The only thing we ask is that if your dog is young and energetic, that you keep them leashed and under control if our boys are outside. We can put them inside to allow your dogs unleashed times also. If you have a cat that travels with you, please keep them indoors for their own safety, as our dogs may think they are a squirrel. 🤪
Access Road Conditions: If you have more than one rv, traveling together, please message and let us know. We have decided to limit to one at a time, for our neighbors sake, but we have the space to make exceptions. We live on a private, gravel road. My husband keeps tree limbs trimmed to avoid roof damage. There are turns, but we have friends with huge 40ft 5vers who stay here, on occasion. We have a large, circular, turn around area of grass covered gravel, in our yard. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Tow vehicles can be parked near R.V.

Loving life in DC Details: We have been married since 1980. We have 3 children and 6 adorable grandchildren. We have 3 acres, in the woods in central Door County. We have plenty of space for whatever rig you have. We are both vaccinated against Covid-19 and would like our guests to be also. Thank you Home Town: We live just south of Egg Harbor, WI on 3 acres of wooded land. Favorite Boondocking Locations: We have not boondocked a lot yet. When we have been on the road, we like boondocking at Cabelas stores. We look forward to exploring other options once I am also retired. Skills or Expertise to Share: I am an early childhood professional with 40+ years of experience. Lee is a retired warehouseman. He worked for a paper mill for over 30 years. We have been campers all of our lives. We both camped with our families as children and our own children spent many nights, as infants, in tents, before we converted to pull behind trailers. We now have a self contained slide-in truck camper.

We were warmly greeted by Lorrie and Lee both upon arrival and just before departure. We would recommend their place to anyone who would like the same.

Lorie and Lee are very accommodating and helpful. The location is lovely, filling us in with some history of the area. They even provided us with the local newspaper a couple of times. They helped us in getting a couple of Amazon packages They are a "must do" host. We will be back. Thanks ever so much!!!

This remote property and the gracious hosts are a comfortable and convenient location to spend a few nights in Door County. Easy access for most any sized rig. There may be one or two other guests on the property. We appreciated the availability of 30 amp power and water. The hosts were welcoming and offered interesting information about local favorite places.
