Double M Homestead

For a same-day stay request we would appreciate the request before 1PM. We are located northwest of Milwaukee, Wisconsin in the rolling hills of the Kettle Moraine/Holy Hill area. Check in: After 4PM. Check out: 12PM. We can provide a quiet overnight stay on a 4 acre mini hobby farm (a work in progress) in the rural countryside. We are a short distance away from and easy access to Interstate 41. Your parking spot will be next to our pole barn (away from the turkeys and chickens) with W/E available. We'll get you settled in and leave you to your privacy. Fair warning; there are a couple of roosters on the property that like to wake the flocks up early on occasion. You'll also have opportunities to hear the tom turkeys gobble. We start doing chores around 8:30-9 AM. NOTE: It's best to pull into the driveway coming from the north (downhill) and make a left turn into the driveway. If coming from the south, the right turn into the driveway is short and it's a very deep ditch; easy for the wheels to get pulled into the ditch. Once that happens, a tow truck will be necessary to get the vehicle out. There are flags on each side of the driveway indicate the width.
