Very short driveway for small Class B vans or Teardrops/ Casita type travel trailer. 30 amp hookup. Water spigot is 35 feet away. Sorry, but no photo or references- no stay. However! This is an excellent location right off I-70 and I-35 and I-29. Downtown and in a very trendy neighborhood, close to everything. Excellent restaurants 1.5 blocks away. Dog walking, bike trails next to house. There is some highway/train noise. Suggested Local Attractions:Major league baseball, football, NASCAR, soccer. World class Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts (walking distance). Nelson Atkins Art museum, Kemper Contemporary art. The only World War 1 Memorial museum in the nation. Jazz District. Negro Leagues Baseball museum. Toy and Miniature Museum. Truman Library. Historic Plaza shopping district. Great, shopping, bike trails, nature areas. Weekends City Market. World class dining. 1st Fridays Arts District and 1st Fridays Antiques in the West Bottoms. City Market. Don't forget- the best BBQ in the country!

Obly afew blocks from Municipal Auditorium, and just a couple extra to the Main St. corridor. Secluded area close to all the amenities and entertainment venues. 30-amp electric provided a bonus during a cold snap. since i was out all say each day, no interaction to comment about.

This is a quiet nook located centrally in Kansas City. Laura is a great host and we really appreciated her thoughtfulness, especially as a big storm rolled into town. We will definitely be back.

the ultimate in hospitality when it comes to staying in someone’s driveway! Laura was so friendly and the location can’t be beat. The electricity she offered was so appreciated since it was a bit chilly and cloudy during my stay. Absolutely will be back when Im back in KC!

This was my first Boondockers Welcome experience and I picked a great place to start! Location is easy to get to from the highway and a short walk downtown or to neighbourhood restaurants. Host is very friendly and accommodating. Kindly offered water and electricity. Messages regarding GPS / location prior to arrival were greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again if I return to KC.
