Driveway Convenient to DC

Lacking in ambiance but convenient to DC. The space is a paved driveway which is about 1/8th of a mile from the DC border. The driveway is fairly narrow and the turn into it is tight so anything larger than a camper van or the smallest class C would not be advisable. Note that sometimes a car is parked across the street making the turn that much tighter. Being an urban-ish driveway there isn't much privacy for the vehicle. The driveway is in direct sun. Please check out the driveway photos in the listing. I have a large, securely fenced backyard which you and your dog-friendly pet(s) are welcome to use. The mosquitos here are relentless, so if you plan to spend time in the yard be prepared with mosquito repellent. Within walking distance are a small organic grocery store, a juice bar, a vegan cafe, a wine bar, and a few carry-out options. The neighborhood is diverse and the street is busy with both vehicular and pedestrian activity. There is one resident dog - he is friendly with people and other dogs, not so much with cats. I'm retired so am likely to be available most of the time. That being said, I am happy to respect your privacy and will endeavor to not be intrusive! Suggested Local Attractions: All the monuments, memorials, and museums of Washington, DC! Annapolis, the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, and Baltimore are each about 45 minutes away.
