We live in a quiet, rural neighborhood about 20 mins east from Greeley, CO. Our home has a large, fenced in backyard so your dog(s) are free to enjoy. Please pickup after your dog (: We have a front yard, fenced off, so if you have kids, it would be perfect for play without worry of the road. We have a young child who loves children so families are welcome! Our neighbors are private and quiet and if the sky is clear enough, you can see the stars at night and the Rocky Mountains as you leave the neighborhood! We are 45 mins South of Wyoming and 15 mins from the Pawnee National Grasslands. Suggested Local Attractions:We are 20 mins east of Greeley and Evans, which houses a large array of fast food, restaurants, parks, playgrounds, dispensaries, libraries, and shopping centers. Eaton is about 20 minutes from our location and they have a wonderful rec center with an affordable fee for the day.

We were greeted. Shown were everything was. And let known if we need anything let them know. When staying here be prepared (as most rv's are) to have a couple of levelers. This is in a small community in country. Also you might hear a couple of neighbors time to time, but that is not fault of host. As soon as we had a fan going we couldn't hear anything.
