We have been camping and RV'ing since we were little. We bought our first popup together 14 years ago and have slowly up graded to our "forever" (we hope) camper a Grand Design Reflection 5th wheel. While we enjoy ATV'ing and camping all over the country we love our little piece of heaven in Upstate NY. We have a small field across from our 1900's farm house with a small cabin and several places for campers to boondock. There is a stream running along side the property and we often see deer, bears, and beavers.

The hosts were great, making sure everything was ok. The location was peaceful and quiet along a small gurgling stream.

What a wonderful little piece of paradise. Easy to level nestled between trees and a creek, with lots of greenery and grass around. So quiet at night. Stayed two nights, and will absolutely return when we are in the Corning area. John is a wonderful host, personable, friendly and most helpful. (Thank you John for our Amazon deliveries!) :-)

If you like peace and quiet, a creek steps from your fronts door, campfires with friends and a flat/level place to spend a night (or a few)... this is the place. JohnandTammie are personable and super thoughtful hosts. I really enjoyed getting to know them around the campfire, and their neighbors too. They have a secluded creekside oasis perfect for boondocking... I even had cell service with the help of my weebost (Verizon and ATT, though ATT was slightly better). Thanks JonandTammie!!

This location is definitely off the beaten path. It is beautiful down by the stream, but be sure you set your directions to avoid dirt roads getting there.

John graciously accepted our last minute request and we were treated to a stay on a beautiful spot in his field. It was easy to access, level, and the dogs were thrilled to have a safe space to run a bit! Very grateful and would love to return someday
