It is just a driveway in a gated community that seems like you're in the country when you are actually right around the corner from stores and restaurants. Close to Summerville SC and about 30 miles from Charleston SC.

House Rules
No smoking. If you have dogs they must be kept on a leash, not be barkers and you must poopy scoop when they leave a deposit. Children must be supervised. Be respectful of our neighbors. Do not give out gate code.
Location
Tow vehicle will have to park in the grass. Driveway will be shared with our 30 trailer. Not sure if there will be room for all slides (if you only have one side with slides you should be fine). Must be able to back down long driveway (no turn around/pull through at end of driveway).

Just starting out on our journey. Family of 4. Douglas, Petra, Tateana and Odessa. We are currently living in the Charleston, SC area but will most likely end up in northern Florida when we retire (Spring 2023). We are a senior couple with a pre-teen. Odessa is our Chinese Crested service dog. She is small and sweet. Tateana is homeschooled which gives her the freedom to travel. We have a small Travel Trailer. It is less than 30 feet and has no slides. We will usually only need one night to break up the long travel days.

Just what we needed…. traveling south but wanted to spend the day in Charleston. Communication with host was excellent. Spot was quiet and safe. Very grateful that our last minute request was accepted.
