Our home is located on the Pamunkey River. We enjoy osprey, eagles, and otters. We have seen dolphins and had a habor seal visit for a month. It is a joy to be a part of this place. Suggested Local Attractions:We are 25 minutes from Colonial Williamsburg, 30 minutes from the City of Richmond. Nearby are wineries, Busch Gardens, Colonial Downs horse racing and Charles City Plantations.

This has been our most serene stop since we headed out on our full-time journey. The property is very large with water views and there is no noise from any neighbors or highways. I couldn't get over how quiet it was and how long it had been since I felt so peaceful and at ease. The hosts are incredibly kind and responsive. We used the hook-ups provided and enjoyed thinking of a gift to show our appreciation. Getting into and out of the location is very easy and the road in is paved. I highly recommend making a stop here.

We were only able to stay 1 night but the weather was great and the sunset by the river was wonderful.

We enjoyed our short stay in eagles lane, the hosts were very polite and responsive, the property is beautiful and by the river. Very peaceful overall. Thanks a lot!
