We live on 4.8 acres. We have 2 labrador pups & 1 old English Bulldog that are always in a fenced in area. *new pics uploaded 3/17/2024 to show driveway entrance and driveway to provide clarity for guests as some people have commented on the narrow entry and driveway. Scroll into the pics as BW does not currenly allow us to resort the photo order.* We also have 60+ chickens & 2 french guineas that are kept in a fenced in area (sometimes they do fly over the fence. The guineas can be a little loud at times. Your parking area is opposite where the chickens/guineas reside. There is a stocked pond (Largemouth bass, blue gill, crappie, catfish) that can be used. Also have "guest poles" & "guest tackle boxes" if needed. Our pond is 100% catch & release. There are lots of wildlife around the area (deer, fox, coyotes). Our house is 5 miles from Wentzville. There is a Sam's Club, Walmart, Rural King, Target, Home Depot, Lowe’s, grocery stores, restaurants (Applebee's, Taco Bell, Arby's, White Castle, Chick-fil-a, Raising Canes, Chilis, Freddy’s, McDonald's, etc) all within 7 miles. We are also 5 miles from 2 truck stops & 2 gas stations. If you are traveling in a group or with 2 campers/RV we should be able to accommodate both. We only have 1 50A service available, 2nd spot is 30A service. May take some shuffling/maneuvering to get both in (we don't have unlimited driveway space. People have commented the entrance to our driveway is narrow for larger set ups. Keep this in mind if you have a Class A, 5th wheel or a bumper hitch RV with a long bed truck. This is why we have our rig size listed as up to 40ft. The 40ft limit includes if you have a truck + the trailer length. We do not have pull thru spots so you need to be fairly experienced backing into spots and/or making tight turns. Access Road Conditions: We live off a paved road. There are some curves & a couple hills. All curves/hills are traveled daily by vehicles & do not have any issues navigating. No low hanging tree limb issues. Vans/small rv’s can come down drive & turn around. 35’x35’ flat area available to turn around. UPS & moving trucks have no issues. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: We have a paved driveway. Tow vehicles would need to be detached from the rig prior to parking. Such an awesome host! Very generous and friendly. Gorgeous grounds with lots of amenities he offered. Quick and easy access from interstate. Will most definitely return as we have family we visit frequently, driving through this area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed with Tom & his wife and they have got to be some of the best hosts ever! We had a bad tire on our travel trailer and Tom was able to get us a jack so we could change it right on their cement pad. We also had a family emergency come up and had to head our early and I was really bummed we wouldn't be able to stay with the most hospitable, kind people we've met in a while. They sent us off with muffins and coffee early in the morning. Tom was great to talk to too, he's a swell guy! This was by far our best stay, I'm just sad it got cut short! They're also not too far from the St Louis Arch if you are visiting the area, I'd highly recommend staying with them!

There is a working outhouse and outdoor shower that remind me if my grandparents farm. The firepit is decorated with carved wooden benches and there are other carvings scattered around the property. Electric, water and wifi. You couldn’t ask for more. Friendly hosts to make it a great place to stay.
