We have an area between our garden and newly acquired historical barn for your vehicle. We would love to host your family and furry friends. We are not located in an exciting area, but have a spot if you are passing through for a night or two. We have WiFi and are working on it extending to your parking area - it typically does work outside. Suggested Local Attractions:Sandy Springs Brewery - Minerva (4.3 miles) Downtown Canton (30-40 minutes east) Beaver Creek State Park (30 miles west) Kent State University (40 miles north) approx 50-60 minutes
Vehicle Suitability Information
Electric Hookup: 15A
Outdoor Cooking Allowed
Separate Tow Vehicle Parking
Campfire Ring Provided
Quiet time after 10pm, please. We do have water for filling your tanks available where you park - we prefer for it not to be on at all times. Only park in the gravel area behind our barn. Do not park in the street. We have space for one rig and one vehicle.
Access Road Conditions: Access from paved, yet poorly attended to township road. Large rigs need to be sure to slow down in plenty of time to make the turn from Rt 30 - it comes up quickly. We strongly recommend arriving before dark, as there is no direct lighting for the parking area. Large rigs have ample parking room but it does take maneuvering to back rig into the parking area. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Next to the rig

We were running late but the hosts were very kind. Was a great spot to sleep for the night and plug in! Very quiet and safe area.

We enjoyed the view we had of the hosts beautiful gardens which they shared if you wanted anything. The parking area was very nice for our rig. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this site

We enjoyed our evening here. Our hosts were very accommodating. Dee made sure we had everything we needed. The flower and vegetable gardens were very pretty and were available if we wanted any. The highway is close but the traffic slows in the evening and did not bother us for sleeping. We would come back again

On arrival we received some assistance parking due to my inexperienced backing my trailer. Josh then showed me his woodworking skills when I inquired about them. Beautiful gardens and grounds. Very nice parking spot for the trailer. We were able to purchase some local honey produced by the owners. Josh offered electric and an extension cord was supplied for our use. Josh and Dee were gracious hosts.

The only thing more beautiful than Josh and Dee’s homestead is their kind and welcoming spirit! My daughter and I arrived a little road weary and stayed for two nights. We left completely recharged and regrouped after some great sleep and space for trailer maintenance at their place. We enjoyed their gardens, chickens, company, a campfire with their visiting nieces, and even got to buy some of their honey! Thank you so much! We will definitely return again and hope to host them in the future :)
