BAD COMMUNICATION. in our profile we mention multiple times we have a pet INDOOR bunny rabbit. we went on a hike mid day and our host walked by the RV seeing our bunny and scaring the host. when we returned our host accused us of not telling her about the bunny. i tried to explain that i did share that information but she swore i didnt. (i checked and it was in our messages as well as my profile information) she went on and on about how important it was for us to be transparent and tell the host everything even if the pet wasnt leaving the RV. (but again, i did tell her) she also turned off the water that WE PAID FOR at 10:55am. when i went to check on it, she said 'most people leave at 11'. i informed her we didnt know (this info was not shared nor is it in the profile information) and it would take us an hour to get everything ready to leave. she gave me a glare and then i said, 'we could probably make it thirty minutes, can i just have the water back on to finish dishes' and she reluctantly turned the water back on. (also to be noted we just were in a different time zone the day before so she really wasnt gracious!!) she claimed it was because of an invoming guest but when we arrived we weren't able to arrive till 3pm when she was available. the parking is amazing, the hook ups are great, the area has a great hike close by.... but the host is not so nice. id skip this place and stay somewhere else in yuma. theres too many options to want to stay here again.

Our first stay with Boondockers Welcome and we couldn’t be more pleased! Host came right out and helped me back in close to the electric service and used her blocks to get us level and then even helped get us hooked up to the 30 AMP service! Beautiful place! Very easy to get to and a nice quiet neighborhood. Host gave us insight about the Yuma area that helped us plan our next day. Would love to stay here again when in the Yuma area! 2 Thumbs Up!!!
