I do not take reservation more than 14 days in advance. No arrivals after dark! No exceptions!! This is a dark sky rural location making it very difficult to back in in the dark. I DO NOT WEAR A MASK! I have room for two guests. Some of the longer rigs will need to back in. Not the best at backing? No problem I will assist you. Suggested Local Attractions: Las Cruces and El Paso are both just a 20 min. drive. Lots of hiking in both areas. I can guide you in the direction of some really nice things to see and some awesome Mexican food!

Please DO NOT make a reservation with me unless you are sure you intend to keep it! There have been too many last minute cancellations and this hurts others who may need a place to stay. Please Please note. If you make a reservation to stay at my place for more than one night you need to keep the reservation or lose the next night. I have a very busy location during the winter months and if you reserve a night then cancel you deprive someone else of having a spot. No outdoor radios or TV's We prefer quiet. No pets left out overnight or unattended. Sorry campfires are too risky. No smoking on property No generators. By requesting a stay with us you accept the Donation Policy per the Admin letter to BW membership of June 8, 2018. The following is a direct quote by Boondockers Welcome regarding power usage by guests, if using your A/C or electric heat during your stay: “Donation Guidelines for Guests: If a host hasn't requested payment and you've used AC or heating, (offer $5 to $10 per night depending on the size of your rig). Offer $5 per night - especially if you stayed more than one night - if your electric use was minimal.” Kids are the responsibility of their parents, we don’t want anyone to get hurt! If you know that your dog barks when you leave it alone in your rig and go off for the day, please don’t leave it alone in your rig.

Andy is very kind and funny. He greeted us, made sure were set up, and asked if we needed anything. We have been to a number of BW host locations in the past 2 years and Andy was the kindest host we have ever had. Location was close to town and necessities. If we are in the area again we definitely would love to stay with Andy again.

When we arrived we were welcomed and treated like family. Our host the owner of his property helped us back in to our RV pad. He gave us thorough directions where to eat the tastiest Mexican food and obtain the cheapest and most convenient gas. He invited us to happy hour were we had the best and most interesting conversations. We immediately took a great liking to this host. He is so helpful and friendly. We had lunch together on our second day. He was so amazed by my wife’s cooking. He brought some very tasty guacamole that was so good we omitted the chips. Thank you friend for loving us and treating us like family.

We arrived here 11/8/2022 for 4 nights. Andy gave easy-to-follow directions to his site, greeted us roadside, and assisted us in parking. Andy is a great guy and very hospitable and is never at a loss for an entertaining story of his experiences. This location was a great hub for Las Cruces attractions and White Sands National Monument. We enjoyed evening chats with Andy and other guests.
