2 acres of open land for boondocking. In a Vally and Mountain View’s. Close to many outdoor activities. 15 min drive to the Channels nature preserve. 30 mins from Abingdon VA, 40 minutes from Bristol VA/TN and 40 minutes to Damascus. Creeper trail and many lakes and rivers near by also. No bathroom no place to plug in off grid only. You are welcome to tap into the properties internet signal it will probably be week though. You might have to walk closer to the house to get a signal. Only allowing vans/cars and school buses. The main reason I offer this is to provide a safe to place to stay on private property. If I was out on the road I would like a safe place like this to stay. My house is up at the top of the drive out of sight. There is plenty of privacy.

Please respect neighbors and keep noise level at a minimum past 9pm. Clean up all trash including cigarette butts if you smoke. Cannabis is legal here so you are welcome to light up since we are on private property. Animals must be contained or on a leash. No free roaming of animals. This will lead to immediate eviction. Generators are welcome and out side showers are too provided you can conceal yourself from passerby’s and neighbors. There are no neighbors directly across form the field just mountains and fields. Neighbors to the right and left. Not visible form parking location though. You are welcome to park anywhere on the 2 acres you like. There is a hug bonfire space which you are not allowed to ignite. You can however make a small fire for yourself. Please be responsible if you do. There is plenty of wood on the property and I will be happy to show you around so you know where you can go.

You can park anywhere on the 2 acres. There is also some area on the right side of the drive as well. You can turn around in the field there is plenty of room. It has a few small hills but very easy to drive on. It gets sunlight all day so it’s an excellent spot for solar charging.

Hey there! I have joined boondockers to provide a safe place to stay for travelers. Setting up a geodesic camp site on my property and I have 2 acres in the front that need to be put to good use. I’m offering an off grid experience for Van’s and schoolies. The roads are to curvy and anything longer then 30 feet is restricted.
