Very nice host and it was a great place to stay for a couple of nights. Pretty close to the the town of Zapata if you need something. I give it a high recommendation. the host was very gracious.

We were so glad to have a place with electricity during a February heat wave in Zapata for our over night stay. We had hoped to visit Falcon lake, but the water level is very low and all the roads in that direction led to dead ends. We didn’t find anything to do in the area, but our host gave us good advice for a place to eat in town. She has been very busy with visitors, so that is probably why we didn’t hear back from our first request to stay.

We stayed 2 nights. Our hostess was waiting for us at the road side to show us where to park. We were grateful for the 30 amp and water since the temps are close to triple digits.

We stayed 2 nights. Our hostess Sheryl communicated timely and even met us to escort us to a level concrete pad long enough for my 37 ft motorhome. We parked our jeep towing our 21 ft trailer beside it. Close access to Falcon Lake State Park.
