Stephen and Pamela are wonderful hosts, helpful, polite and friendly! Their property is gorgeous, the views of the western face of Pike's Peak are magnificent. Plenty of room to walk around, quiet area, without light pollution to see the stars and to give a try at nighttime photography. We're thankful for their generosity and will return to visit...and bring plenty of Half-and-Half to replenish the inventory (lol)!

When I say cool I'm referring to the temp. I was here mid summer, and waking up sweating everyday before this. Since it's on a hill, it's a lot cooler. Address and gps coordinates do not match (just a heads up). Gravel road for a while leading up to the house. Just a warning.

Lovely spot with a gracious host. We enjoyed our short stay and felt very refreshed after a long day of driving eastbound on I-50. Allow additional time to make your way through the countryside and up the road to the ranch. Washboard was harsh so make sure your gear is stowed securely. Host has wifi which has enough bandwidth to map your next route. Recommended!

The road into Falcon Buff is a little daunting, but so worth it. This spot is beautiful, secluded and quiet with gorgeous mountain views. The hosts were warm and welcoming inspite of having another rig with out of town family arriving at the same time. We did enjoy a nice visit with our host the next morning before leaving and saw his wood working shop and some of his skilled carpentry.

We enjoyed a peaceful stay with gracious hosts far away from the heat of summer.
