outdoor adventurer Details: We are retired dairy farmers. We enjoy bicycling, we ride a tamdem bicycle and have 3 wheeled recumbent bicycles and mountain biking. We enjoy dancing including square dancing. Camping and traveling , where we meet new people. We have been camping for many years and always look for bicycle trails everywhere we go. Home Town: Our home is near Bainbridge, NY We have 15 acres, mostly wooded. We built this home after we sold our farm and is part of the original farm property. We also have a home in Florida, we spend about 5 months there during the winter. Favorite Boondocking Locations: We enjoyed boondocking at many locations throughout the US and Canada Skills or Expertise to Share: We built our home in Bainbridge ourselves out of lumber from our farm. Also, did all the wiring, plumbing, etc. Repairs on the farm were also done by us.

Our hosts were charming and attentive. They even invited us to a fire night. Gordon even tracked down a dump station for us in Sydney.

This was our 3rd stay with Gordon. Last year we stopped at Farm Country 2, twice and enjoyed both stays. This year we stayed at #1 and boondocked. Deer in the field, stars and quiet. Loved it! Gordon is such a lovely person and his camps are wonderful. Highly recommend Farm Country 1 and 2.

We had a great stay at Farm Country 1 in large open field, easy to level our 5th wheel. Very quiet (didn't hear the dogs at all) and was treated to a training sled ride! Thank you for hosting us.

You meet some phenomenal people traveling the country! Gordon & Marie were very gracious and provided a great place to rest and opportunities to meet some great folks! Thanks for everything, especially the "Dog Sled" ride!
