We are at the end of a rural neighborhood on a wooded lot. You can enjoy our view of nature and quiet evenings in the country. We are a short drive from I-64 and I-95. Large retail stores and restaurants are only 15-20 minutes away. For local activities, there are wineries, breweries, distilleries, and restaurants nearby. We have 20 and 30 amp power available (extension cord may be needed.)

House Rules
No generator use from 9pm to 7am. Please clean up after your pet. Keep dogs leashed and do not leave them outside.
Location
The neighborhood has little traffic and the road has three mild speed bumps. Please drive down the road slowly to the end (about 1/2 mile). Guests should be able to perform a three-point turn or be able to go around a circular driveway. Camping is next to our driveway and there is additional space for parking. There is room in driveway to connect/disconnect towed cars.

We are a couple that loves to RV, explore historical places, find wineries, and relax around a fire with our little dogs. We are from the Richmond, Virginia area and have been RVing for almost 30 years. Tiffany is our eighth RV and Boomer is the car that we tow. We enjoy traveling to State Parks and finding casual restaurants that are the local favorites.

I appreciated my initial stay so much, I booked another stay for my trip home. Eric and Tammie were so helpful and responsive. I plan on using them for stopovers on future trips.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Eric and Tammie's property. We parked with our 27ft trailer on the side near the shed, and it was a little mushy there since it had been raining so much, but it was okay and we did not get stuck on the way out. The acorn trees were dropping a lot so it was loud when the wind picked up, but otherwise it was such a quiet and beautiful spot. We had several great conversations with Tammie which we so appreciated! Eric was fast at responding to any text communication. Overall we loved it there!
