This is a nice location. It’s on the edge if a residential area, but you’d never know it bounded between a large agricultural field and a tall wall of evergreens. We parked with our best view facing the field and watched migratory birds.

Stayed 2 nights about 5 miles away at Killan’s Pond State Park and 1 night here. This BW site was sooooo much better. What a great host, so gracious and likable from the moment you meet. Didn’t need power/water so we parked on a level grassy spot along a row of thick, mature cypress trees offering full privacy from neighbors a few yards away. Almost didn’t know they were there. Great for solar and safe location. Perfect homebase for visiting Historic District/Old State House in Dover (don’t miss this), Spencers Bazaar & Flea Market (great Amish food/pretzels/baked goods), Byars Market, Fifers Orchard (fun on the weekends), etc. Would definitely return!

Jason’s nicely landscaped property is tucked in at the end of a cul de sac, and screened from the densely populated neighborhood by mature evergreens. The back of his lot has beautiful views across a huge agricultural field. The campsite is private, peaceful and level. Jason is delightful.. I would stay again.
