Good stop over for a night or 2. In between 2 casinos if your into that. Good restaurants within a 10 to 15 minute ride. 5 minute ride to Killens Pond State park for a good hike or bike ride. Or just sit in yard and enjoy the sounds of birds.

Check out time is 1000 am unless other arrangements are made. Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Only ask that you leave area clean like you found it.

Access Road Conditions: 1 acre lot in quiet neighborhood. Surrounded by trees I planted many years ago. There is either a back in spot from cul-de-sac or pull in if using side yard. Driveway is stone. Spots are in front of camper or on the side yard in grass. Your choice. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: In front of spot where trailer can go. Or in cul-de-sac.

Jason is a fellow camper with a backyard spot on the grass nearest neighbors 100’ away but blocked by hedgerow. View out the backyard seems to go for miles.

Jason was there to greet us as we arrived and made sure we were setup comfortably.... we then spent the evening together in conversation until it was too chilly to stay out... easy to get in easy to get out (we have a small rig) and not far from the highway... great stopover...

We had a lovely stay at Jason's. He was quick to respond to us. He has a lovely spot in Delaware with easy access to the state parks. A beautiful view of the cornfield behind his house. Very peaceful and tranquil.

I enjoyed my stay. the parking spot was great, the conversation with Jason was great, and there was lots of peace and quiet. I would gladly stay again. Thank you Jason!
