You have options to either explore downtown Farmville, with its southern charm or visit historic Appomattox. Bike trails, shopping, history or simply slow down and enjoy the relaxing hills and woods of south central Virginia's beautiful offerings.

We highly recommend putting this place on you list of places to stay. Beautiful views, great gravel lot, and close to the High Bridge Trail. Aaron was a very welcoming host, and we appreciated his hospitality.

We spent 2 nights at Fisher Farms. The property is gorgeous and the hosts were so kind and wonderful. They made is easy to communicate with them. We would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a place to stay and visit historic Appomattox. Thanks for a relaxing, peaceful stay. We would love to come again sometime.

This was a nice, quiet, welcoming stay. The view of the Blue Ridge was obscured by the smoke from the Canadian wildfires but it was still a very nice place. We have a 35' fifth wheel, 13'5" tall. The driveway in was nicely kept and the spot for parking was gravel. As long as you have good backing skills, a rig our size fits in the spot. It was a short drive into Farmville to the High Bridge Trail, which was our main reason for the visit. While in Farmville we had a wonderfully dinner at The Fishin Pig.
