We are about 10 miles West of I-95. on a dead end secured residential road. Space is good for motorhomes. Trailers would be a problem here. You can back in, or pull in driveway. There is room to drop your toad and pull it in driveway. We have a 30A receptacle w/ 20Amp (breaker) service. We do not host during hurricane season (June - November).

No smoking on property PETS - Non-barking pets that stay in coach are OK. Cats, Birds, Etc. No children at this time No running generators after 10pm Arrive minimum 1 hour before dark if possible Feel free to request a stay if the day you want to stay is blocked out. We may be able to make it work. These rules will change as we get more familiar with this system.
Location
Access Road Conditions: parking on hard crush concrete driveway. Host wants to be there, and to assist if you request it. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: We are on dead end road. Motorhomes can back in, or pull in and park on grass next to pole barn if dry. If wet or rainy you will need to stay on hard crushed concrete driveway. Toads can be dropped and pulled on driveway also. We pull our 32 ft Class C in in this area. Host wants to be there, and to assist if you request it.

Wife and I RVed for several years, just celebrated Anniversary #50. Details: We love the RV lifestyle, meeting people, and sharing stories. We have RVed in 18ft Tags, to 40ft 5th-wheels, with a few As and Cs in between. I was / am in the electrical industry. Wife was an accountant. Looking forward to making a few trips across this great country in the next few years to stay in touch with the daughter on the west coast. I love to fish. Wife makes Pine needle baskets. We both love talking to people, playing cards, and exploring new places. We also enjoy showing off our home town, St. Augustine, Fl.. Love this place! We have both received our vaccines against COVID-19, and are COVID-19 cautious due to age and health. Home Town: St. Augustine, Florida Favorite Boondocking Locations: Near water! Skills or Expertise to Share: Pretty handy with most everyday issues. Wife is a great cook. I have an electrical construction / sales background.

we had a wonderful stay, it is not only beautiful but peaceful and so quiet. we had fun taking photos of the wild peacocks, looking at the sunset on the jetty and admiring the surroundings. thank you Rex and your charming wife.

wonderful people, very hospitable and helpful. flat parking, everything you need. we even launched our kayak from the jetty and had a swim. good base to visit st Augustine. thanks Rex for the information

What a lovely couple in a super beautiful neighborhood! The dock on the river was a great place to take a stroll. And the peacocks in the trees! I've never seen peacocks except in zoos! We thoroughly enjoyed sharing stories about working in the trades and definitely would love to come back again!
