Lots of level places to park, mostly grass, asphalt and gravel surrounded by woods. No water hookup, but water fill and dump with permission. Very peaceful with lots of wildlife. Playground for kids by the house, and lots of room to run and bike. $10 a night for electric hook up (non optional) and $10 for a dump would be appreciated. For electric, we have (2) 30 amp RV plugs, and (1) 20 amp Edison plug (standard wall outlet). If you are staying here we ask that you plug in and use our power for the duration or your stay. Please keep your AC thermostat at 79 degrees and heat pump/ electric heat at 58 degrees when you are out of the RV for extended times. In other words help us and the planet. No fire rings or fire pits. Propane fire ring ok with permission. If you need to cancel or change dates, that’s fine, life happens, but please let us know as soon as you know (not the day after you are supposed to arrive) we try to schedule so we are around when you arrive to get you placed, and go over power, water, dump, and local attractions. We have full schedules, and may have other things to do if you are not coming. Please show this courtesy to all hosts, it is what keep this wonderful system available for all of us. Suggested Local Attractions:15- 20 Min to DC Metro Shady Grove Station (which has plenty of car parking). 1 Hour Drive to DC or Baltimore (2 hours in rush hour). 35-45 Min to Frederick, 1 Hour to Hagerstown, or Charlestown/Harpers Farry. 75 Min to Annapolis Md

We enjoyed our stay. From initial communication, through the greeting and assistance upon arrival, through our stay we thoroughly enjoyed this host site. Very nice. We gave four stars only because the site is accessed across briefly narrow road and driveway. Thank you.

We stayed here for 4 nights, and loved it. It was easy to access with communication with the host, Rich. We had 30A and a water fill option. Our pup loved being able to run and play in the meadow we overlooked. This stay was so easy and peaceful. Many thanks to our hosts!

Flat parking, easy turn around. Quiet safe, stay. Spacious place to walk our dogs. Being able to dump was especially appreciated.

The host had a printed packet of expectations and recommendations. They had clear communication. I also loved their policies on dogs. Bonus also was the disc golf and giant chess board.
