No water hookup, but water fill (close to camp sites, one site may require 2 hoses) and dump with permission (dump is not at your camp site, you must move your rig to dump). Very peaceful with lots of wildlife. Playground for kids by the house, and lots of room to run and bike. $15 a night for electric hook up (non optional) starting 01/01/24 and $10 for a dump would be appreciated. For electric, we have (2) 30 amp RV plugs,. If you are staying here we ask that you plug in and use our power for the duration or your stay. Please keep your AC thermostat at 79 degrees and heat pump/ electric heat at 58 degrees when you are out of the RV for extended times. In other words help us and the planet. People only seem to have nice things to say and us to. We didn’t take advantage of the long list our host provided upon our arrival as we just left our coach there for several days as we came to be with family. Highly recommend staying here.

What a great place and awesome hosts! Rich was great with any communication needed and had loads of information for anything we wanted to do in or around the area. We were there to explore Washington DC. He recommended driving to the Shady Grove metro light rail station(20 minutes away), $5 to park all day in a garage there. $12 round trip ticket into the city or $13 to ride it sll day anywhere. We did this for two days and was great. Took about 40 minutes on the Metro light rail and we didnt have to navigate in our car through the busy city streets and then try to find parking. Rich provided 30AMP, water fill up if needed, trash and recycle and we decided to pay an extra $10 to dump our tanks which was conveniently located just a 100 yards away from where we were parked. Great value! Great place! Great host! Highly recommend!

Rich is very involved in the boondocking. he greeted me with a two page list that included instructions, as well as a 'Camp large lost of stires, gas stations, sights, etc. he went over everything from start to finish. its nice to see someone so thorough... we had plenty of room to position our 30ft class c rig. we needed about 2" adjustment for leveling, but that's not much. the location was great also. This stop even had a dump station 🚉. definitely secure and quiet... we will definitely return hete as our schedule allows.

Hosts are really helpful and friendly. We had an scary incident with our camper and host was helpful and very considerate of our situation. This host was the perfect location for us to see everything we hoped to see in DC to get help in PA and not too far from our next site in VA. All in all it's was really wonderful to have a considerate host.
