Please clean up after them, or make sure they do their business in the woods - which are plentiful! Please contact me for more information. Fresh water is also available to refill your tanks and 15-amp electric can be made available. Suggested Local Attractions:Downtown Cleveland is only 25 minutes away - home of the 2nd largest live theater district in the country, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the Great Lakes Science Center- including the NASA Glenn Visitor Center, sports events - Cleveland Indians, Cavaliers, Browns Stadium, and University Circle - including the Art Museum, Natural History Museum, Modern Art Museum, Severance Hall (Cleveland Orchestra's home), Crawford Aviation and Auto Museum. About 1 hour away is Cedar Point Amusement Park, the Lake Erie Islands Ferries - to go to Put-in-Bay, etc. and great boating/Lake Erie fishing and swimming.

If you smoke, please DO NOT THROW BUTTS on the ground - place them in your garbage. Please leave the driveway clear so people can drive in and out at any time. If are parking up near the house, please keep music low since there is a bedroom upstairs over the garage. Clean up any doggie do-do and throw into the woods. Please do not throw any plastic bags or trash in my BROWN recycling can (we can only recycle #1 & #2 plastic, glass, aluminum and steel cans, paper and cardboard). Feel free to throw your TRASH IN THE BLUE CONTAINER at the end of the driveway.
Access Road Conditions: Easy access from Ohio Turnpike, Interstates 80, 90, 71 and 480. All paved roads and paved, level driveway. Entrance to drive has a drainage ditch under the driveway, so it is important to stay on the pavement. Driveway is 12' wide. Check with me on the parking situation to determine what is available for you to use. Be careful to NOT go off the concrete driveway since it is often very wet and soft and you'll sink in mud and destroy the grass. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: The tow vehicle can park near where you park your rig. Contact me before you arrive about parking details - depending on weather conditions. There is not a good area to turn around if you have a tow vehicle.

We loved our stay here! Easy access for our class B van and our dog loved the smells of the forest. Valerie is a great host and while we did not get a chance to meet we had excellent communication and appreciate her kindness.

Quickly accepted the request, great communication. Lovely property. We backed into the driveway, which does require some skill, but it was definitely doable. Thank you.

We were so lucky to stay at Forsythia Forest. It was an easy place to get to and a safe place to stay. But the bonus was the part that made it all worth while....we were invited to a potluck with several of the host's friends who were camping in the backyard! What a delightful evening and wonderful friends she has, and to share it with us...well that is truley what boondockers welcome is all about! We so enjoyed hearing fun stories and learning about others travels and experiences. Thank you for sharing your very special friends and home with us!

Valerie is a great host. We didn't interact much on the first day as she was very busy, but had a nice conversation on the second night. It took a bit to back our 30' up the driveway but everything worked out. We had electric and good wifi signal. Another great Boondocking experience.

Large lot surrounded by trees provided a secluded environment. Parking was provided on driveway only thereby making it problematic for larger rigs & trailers as turning area is limited. Host was most cordial though we only met in the morning just prior our leaving. Nice quiet spot.
