Not only is the location as beautiful as the photo indicates, there are quite a few entertaining little creatures to brighten your morning at his magical hosted parking spot. This is a very nice, quiet neighborhood and from the smiles and waves, I could tell that even the neighbors were not bothered by the presence of my 21' camper van. This added to my feeling of safety and made for a great nights sleep. These hosts are intelligent and friendly without being at all intrusive. I was warmly welcomed, helped to set up and spent a small amount of time "talking story" about RVing. The hosts have quite a bit of experience and are willing to share but really enjoy hearing how others are faring out on the road. They genuinely care about their guests and offer a wonderful stay in front of their lovely home. Not only did Gandalf42 offer to help me with a water filter problem I was having, he reached out to me out of concern a day or two after I'd left because he'd discovered a stain on his driveway that he thought might mean trouble or be a safety issue for me on my cross country journey. I don't know what more I could have asked for from a host! If Gandalf42 & his Missus would have me back I'd be delighted to visit them again and truly hope to cross paths with them in the future, somewhere along the road.

Great Fort Collins stay in a lovely neighborhood. Quiet. Close to everything but still tucked away. Mike was helpful and communicative. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Awesome place to stay for a class B RV. Street was quiet and close to CSU and downtown. Upon arrival, Mike met me outside and provided with with a piece of paper with some good information (restaurants, RV shop, attractions, etc). I stayed 2 nights. I was able to charge my van up as well at no cost. Many many thanks to the graciousness of Mike and his family. I would stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a place to hang for a few days.
