Craig was very accommodating when we asked to stay an extra night to explore Fredricksburg. The street and driveway were a bit of a challenge for me as a newbie but we did it. Nice quiet spot.

Great location very close to all of the historic sites of Fredericksburg. Off the main highway so that the noise is somewhat muted. Long driveway that is mostly level and gravel. 30 amps available for $10/night. Great communication. There is one warning: If you have a sizable rig, the access can be difficult. I have a 33' rig and was able to make it with help. If you have a smaller rig you should be fine.

We used this location as a staging area for trips to DC, and to Fredricksburg city. Host was very good at communicating and helped spot while getting into and out of the property. Location is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. It was difficult for navigating with my 37’ 5’er, but can be done with skill and patience.

Communication and response top notch. It was a tight lane and corner to get around for my 45ft bus. Smaller vehicles under 30 ft would be fine. Once on the driveway it was level gravel and so, peaceful. The owner was very knowledgeable about Restraunt’s and sights around historic Fredricksburg.

Craig has a beautiful front yard and long flat driveway. It's a little tight coming down the gravel road but we went slow and it worked! Only 10 minutes to downtown Fredericksburg to tours and historical spots. Craig has lived here all his life so knows the area-especially great restaurants!
