Sorry, no kids, pets or generators. Class B rigs only due to low limbs and wires. Mostly cleared, unfenced vacant lot. Strictly boondocking, no water, power, WiFi, sewer or trash service available. Warning, this is Florida. There are bugs, most particularly palmetto bugs (giant roaches), mosquitoes and fire ants. Also, some neighbors can’t be bothered to contain their dogs. Be advised that there are multiple security cameras in use on the lot.

Sorry, no kids or pets due to some remaining hazards from hurricane Michael and lack of fencing. Do NOT dump in the old septic tank under any circumstances. Don't drive or walk over it either. NO GENERATORS, due to close neighbors. The front portion of the lot gets decent sun, I have no trouble staying charged using my solar when I'm here. While the pics show my rig parked in the back by the shed, guests must park up at the front of the lot due to low hanging wires and tree limbs.

Gail was extremely welcoming and friendly it was unfortunate we were going to have a fire but it rained. However she did invite us to her parents for drinks which we thoroughly enjoyed.

We didn’t meet Gail personally but she was kind and very responsive on the phone. The property is nice and we even had a fire! Thanks Gail for having us!
