My wife and I are both retired Details: I am an Auctioneer ( we never actually retire). My wife and I live in a small town called Sechelt on the Sunshine Coast, a 45 min. ferry ride from Vancouver Canada. We are Snowbirds and like to RV in California for the winter months. We got caught up in the Pickel Ball craze and play in tournaments in Canada and USA and we have a great time traveling and playing. Home Town: We live in Sechelt, BC. Canada, a short ferry ride from Vancouver Favorite Boondocking Locations: We travel around between Vancouver Canada and Southern California and open to exploring all over. All locations are great, can’t pick one better then the other. Skills or Expertise to Share: Mr. fix it. Announcer at events. Amazing cook (not me, Pauline)

Wayne was a great host. He has a large leveled gravel area with water and power hookup right beside. He called to explain directions and was there when we arrived... eager to swap travel stories :) It’s unfortunate a neighbour doesn’t like campers (hence the arrive late/leave early) or we would’ve stayed more days! Thanks for the perfect stay Wayne!

We had a difficult crossing and didn’t arrive till late. As it turns out our hosts also ran into trouble with the ferries and we’re stuck in Nanaimo. Wayne called to let me know that he would not be at home but made sure our needs were met. A nice quiet neighborhood site with parking on a prepared gravel surface, flat & level. Power and water were close at hand. Thank you Wayne, for making us feel welcome. Perhaps next time we’re out your way we will actually meet.
