We have our driveway available for guest to stay. There is limited room in the driveway, but you are welcome to come to the back yard, that offers a picturesque view of the conestoga river flats and behind it the village of drayton. You need to go down a set of rock stairs to access our back yard. Your welcome to lounge here by the koi pond, or go through the back garden gate and go for a walk by the Conestoga river. Visit the Drayton festival theater, (10 min walk) check for upcoming shows at www.draytonfestivaltheatre.com We are a 35 min drive from st Jacob’s or Elora. So Jacob’s has a farmers market on Thursday and Saturday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm all year, and during the summer on Tuesday from 7:00am to 3:00 pm Elora is third from the top of the 15 cutest towns in Ont.

Both of us CB like the outdoors Details: We used to camp a lot when our kids were small. Some years later we got into boating. Did the “American great loop” and traded the boat in for a ocean going trawler. Crossed the Atlantic, and spend several years off and on cruising the European waterway, crossed the continent to the Black Sea and on to the med. We were happy to be the first to stay at the Garden Gate and we have only wonderful things to say. Flat and spacious driveway with excellent hook ups. Stunning property that truly is a slice of heaven with a sublime back yard that features a fully stocked Koi pond. Very kind and friendly hosts with plenty of stories from their world travels. It was our great pleasure to be hosted by them and thank you very much for your generosity of spirit.
