Family of 5 exploring our great country Details: We're a family of 5 -- Mom, Dad, and 3 daughters (ages 16, 13, and 8) -- from California's San Joaquin Valley. We all cram into a Class B motorhome, but it's okay because we like each other. :-) We've been traveling as a family for years, but just bought an RV and are excited to see more of the country that we've skipped over so far. Dad is an engineer, and Mom homeschools the girls. Home Town: We're from farm country in California's San Joaquin Valley. Favorite Boondocking Locations: We're new to this, so we don't have any favorite locations yet. So far we've only boondocked in a freeway rest area and in my brother's driveway. Skills or Expertise to Share: I'm good at bargain shopping and vacation planning on a budget.

It was an easy place to stay after a long day of driving. Was just passing through but host gave me great directions for where I could safely walk and stretch my legs after being in van all day!

Centrally located in an area with not many options. It was a quiet neighborhood.

Nice neighborhood. Easy parking after host moved his van. I would do it again.

Perfect location to visit Sequoia. Friendly family who made space for us on their driveway by moving their cars onto the street. Driveway was slightly sloped but we levelled ok with some blocks.

great host, friendly family. You‘ll be close to a very quiet street, gets noisier on a weekday morning. A park to walk your pet is in walking distance. Would definetely recommend for s night or two.
