I have a very long, level and wide driveway that can accommodate up to a 30 foot RV . Boondockers are welcome to use back yard which has a covered gazebo, seating, fire pit, horse shoe pit, fruit trees and Almond Trees, grapes and lemon trees. Pick fresh Lemons year round on the 2-50 year old trees, but be careful, the thorns can get you. Fresh grapes when in season from the nearly 50 year old vines. Shake the Almond trees for off the Tree Almonds. I am in the middle of town, in an established, but peaceful neighborhood. Suggested Local Attractions: 2 hours from Yosemite via route CA120 East 2 hours from San Francisco via CA 580 West 30 minutes from the famous Lodi, Ca. wine region. 2.5 hours from South Lake Tahoe or Reno Wolf Resorts opens in 2020- Park your RV here and stay a few nights there. Rivers, Delta, and Many Lakes are just a hop skip and jump away. "You Pick" farms all around, and plenty of Fresh Produce in every direction.

Perfect spot, not too close, not too far from Yosemite National Park. And with a little supplement, Debbie leave us wash the RV. It is so appreciate!

Debbie was a wonderful host! Communication was great and she was there to welcome us and direct us as we backed into her driveway. She made us feel at home and encouraged us to use the back yard. She shared some of her travel knowledge of the Oregon coast which we appreciated. In the morning I stayed with the trailer while my husband took our truck for a service. Debbie stopped by with some strawberries and cream. I found it very touching. Thank you Debbie.

We had a fantastic stay at Debbie’s driveway in Manteca! Debbie is such a warm and welcoming person and was so kind to us: she gave us recommendations on places to visit, ingredients to make s’mores, let the kids play in the kiddie pool in her lovely backyard, and invited my 5 year old to plant leeks and snap peas with her. We picked some lemons from her Meyer lemon tree and made fresh lemonade. The driveway was level and clean and electrical and water hookups made this weekend extra comfortable as we were able to run our air conditioner and keep our camper cool in the hot weather. During our short stay we went to Great Wolf Lodge and Bass Pro Shops, both in Manteca. Thank you Debbie for a memorable sweet weekend!

Our experience with host Debbie was all around super! She’s very fun! We had a great time chatting with her and she even gave us a map and other very helpful info on Yosemite where we were headed the next day. Nice, quiet and safe neighborhood, our RV fit perfectly next to her home! We even got a tour of her beautiful backyard where she has fruit trees growing that we had only ever seen in stores. So fun! My hubby also loved talking with her neighbor about his various cars. 😀 We’d definitely come back here!
