On the banks of the Ohio River, a wonderful place to watch the barges. Stunning view, beautiful sunsets. If we did not live here, we would go here on vacation. Suggested Local Attractions: 30 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. Just a 3-block walk from Lock 34 County Park, with forested walking trails and an Ohio River history museum.

Right on the banks of the Ohio River, the view is incredible! Uncle Garmin led us astray and we arrived three hours late and unfortunately had to leave earlier than we wanted the next day! Karl met us as we arrived and got us set up for the evening. Very gracious host and we look forward to a return when we can stay longer and enjoy. Even with our shorter than anticipated stay we enjoyed watching the barges down the river and the moon shining down glistening on the water... Beautiful!

The hosts are wonderful helped me park and had the electric hookup ready. The view is gorgeous and I feel blessed to been allowed to enjoy it. Chilo Lock 34 park is walking distance and loved all the history there. The Dairy Bar is just at the top of the street and we tried the pulled pork that the hosts recommended and its great.

The location on the Ohio River is a wonderful spot to view the barges going by and enjoy the relaxing view. The hosts were responsive/friendly and allowed us to use electric and water was available if needed. There was a nice park a short walk from their home. It was fun to read the history about Lock 34 on the river and the history behind all of them.
