I grew up on this place until I went into service. After we retired Yvette and I have traveled a lot, spending winters in Texas. We have A son in Texas and grandchildren plus 8 great grandchildren. We live in Galesburg Il, but spend as much time as we can at the Norris acers. There is a dump station, water and electric available at the site. Please call (309)368-8729 (no text on this #) or (309)368-7269.

Had a very pleasant stay at Geralds Place. Our first boondocker site. Gerald and Yvette met us, showed us several options for parking, hooked us up to power then visited with them. Yvette provided us with some angel food cake, my favorite! We would certainly stay there again if in the area. Chuck and Pat

We had a wonderful stay here. Gerald and Yvette are some of the very best people we’ve met in our travels, nice, helpful, and interesting! Very easy access and plenty of room for our big rig and large dogs. The water fill and dump station were a great help in postponing the need for an RV park stay. They would not take any money, saying to instead to go do nice things for others.

Gerald and Yvette have the sweetest spot, and their hospitality is even sweeter! Gerald’s place has ample parking, and they provide everything you could need for a stop along the way. Their kindness and genuine graciousness filled our hearts! 5 Stars all the way!!
