Parking is on the driveway next to the house. From April 15th to November 15th only. One small dog permitted. Self contained units only. Need 24 hours notice. Water, Electricity, and Wifi available Free sewer dump in town at Westview municipal trailer park. Suggested Local Attractions: Kayaking, canoeing, wildlife viewing, hiking trails, atv trails. The Fire Tower Lookout just north of town, opposite Westview Park is well worth a visit to give you a panoramic view of the surrounding hills, lakes and forests. Tuesday evenings Dunlop Lake Lodge has Fish and Chips. If the weather is good, sit on the deck overlooking beautiful Lake Dunlop. 11 kms north of Elliot Lake just off Hwy 108. Beaches at Spruce Beach and Spine Beach. Esten Lake Boat Launch is only about 3 kms away for canoeing and kayaking.

House Rules
No Smoking on property. As we are very close to our neighbours, no loud music or noise. You may put out one small slide. One small dog allowed as long as it is kept on a leash. Please pick up after your pet. We have the Canadian Wilderness in our backyard and there are black bears. Do not leave food or food containers outside. Free RV Dump station is at Westview Campground just north of Elliot Lake on HWY 108 Because the parking space is so small, we cannot allow ATVs on the property. Pet sitting available at $20 a day.

Access Road Conditions: Paved roads. Option to park on grass in the backyard for smaller units except for Tuesday nights because of grass maintenance every Wednesday at about 9:00 am..

We had a lovely overnight stay with Dee and Michael. Dee kept in contact with us as we neared Elliott Lake and both hosts were there to great us when we arrived. Dee had recommended the best fish and chips restaurant ever and after that delicious meal, we enjoyed a drink and stories together. These lovely people have great stories to share as they are amazing boondockers themselves. Thanks for a great visit!

I didn’t get to meet my hots but they were very attentive to make sure my stay was all right! Very nice and considerate people! Nice neighborhood also, I loved to walk around.

Mike and Dee's daughter was a gracious host in their absence dispite having sick kids on her hands. Thank you for a pleasant place to stay.
