It’s a small ranch house with a rather large pole barn on the north side. Travelers will park in the driveway leading to the barn. The electric, water, and dump station are all right there. The dump station is tucked back by the bushes so if your dump valves are near the front of your RV you will need an extra long hose to reach it. I request $5/day for electric. If you want water, it’s a separate $5 flat rate because the city charges those of us in the township, double the usual rate for water. So I have to recover my cost. However, the dump station is free to use regardless of whether you choose to pay for elec/water. Suggested Local Attractions:Curwood castle, McCurdy Park, downtown farmers market on Saturday, multiple restaurants a short drive away. I highly recommend the Jade Buffet on Washington St.

House Rules
Pets must be leashed. No generators or loud music…No music at all that can be heard outside of your RV after 9pm. It is a quiet neighborhood and we want to keep it that way. You’re welcome to have a few drinks but excessive intoxication may result in your party being asked to leave. No littering….anything that comes in with you, must leave with you (aside from what goes down the dump station lol :-p). Absolutely no narcotic use allowed.

Access Road Conditions: Dead end street off of state highway M52. Some low trees but can be maneuvered around if needed. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Tow vehicles can be parked in another driveway if they do not fit in the main one with your RV

Being newbie RV owners, Gordon couldnt have been more gracious!! We got about 10 minutes to learn our RV in Texas. Not so with Gordon. He instructed us and got our furnace and water heater running. We actually had hot water. Wow. He was patient and kind when teaching us. He even marked labels on the water panel.

A haven for weary travellers. 30 amp power, water AND a place to empty tanks. Excellent host and communication. We enjoyed our stay at the end of a "dead end" road. No traffic noise.

Gordon was super communicative, and even though he wasn't in town when we were looking to stay he made sure we knew exactly where everything was and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Thank you so much for being a friendly place to park while on the road.
