Welcome! Come experience what North FL has to offer. The property is 3 fenced acres with rolling hills and surrounded by amazing farm views, located 7 miles north of I-10. We have many producing fruit trees, depending on the time of year, you're welcome to self pick what's in season. So many amazing things to experience in the surrounding area... 40 minutes from the state capitol, Tallahassee. 15 minutes from Madison, be sure to visit the Madison Blue Springs!! 20 minutes from Monticello, both have the most adorable downtown area and good restaurants. Whether you are coming to experience the amazing towns and outdoor activities or just passing through you are sure to find something that the whole family will enjoy!

*Please arrive before dark. After dark can be accommodated but will need approval. *Pets are welcome but please keep on a leash and please clean up after them. The property is completely fenced and may be able to let dogs run off leash with prior approval. *Fires and generators are allowed. Please respect the neighbors with generator use, quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. *Please keep gate closed. Owner/family lives on site. *50amp electric/water available with confirmed reservation and service fee. *No dump station (dump station available in Madison, FL ten minutes away) *Please take garbage with you

After traveling for two years full time in a fifth wheel I decided that I needed a home base. I have met some wonderful people and stayed at some amazing places along the way and my goal is to be able to offer that from my property. I still travel a lot but enjoy having my place to come back to. My hope is to make everyone that stops over for a visit feel like they are coming home. Safe travels and see you down the road :)

We stayed for two nights and couldn’t be happier. Lots of room for our 37 foot Super C and toad vehicle as well. Had great communication with host and enjoyed the beautiful property. Host was helpful in suggesting local restaurants and attractions. Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Our stay was confortable and exactly what we needed. Our hosts were very accomodating and helpful. We asked to change our dates by a day and it was no problem. We needed a quiet stay to rest and restore. This was it. Convenient to both Tallahassee and Valdosta. Madison Springs State Park is a short drive and a must see. Hookups available for a nominal donation. Easy in-out. Cell coverage spotty but as we work on the road, the Starlink had excellent coverage. And the night sky here is breathtaking. No light pollution. Highly recommend this boondocking host. Thank you 🙏🏼
